Lindsay Lohan's long struggle with substance abuse could end up being highly profitable for the 27-year-old actress. The Mean Girls star will reportedly be paid around $2 million by Oprah Winfrey's OWN Network for an exclusive first interview when she leaves rehab next month, as well as an eight-part documentary series that will chronicle her attempts at a career comeback. Lohan will be cleared to leave her 90-day, court ordered rehab in early August, but still must complete 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychological therapy. Despite her current stint at Cliffside Malibu being her sixth trip to rehab, one of which was court ordered after a failed drug test, she has reportedly been thriving there. However, there are concerns about her after-care plan because she is rumored to be planning to move in with her mother, Dina Lohan. Lohan's counselors at Cliffside have reportedly tried to convince her to move into a sober living facility, but without any success. "[Lindsay and Dina] have been known to go out clubbing and drinking together. Lindsay doesn't need a friend in her parents, she needs Dina to act as her mother," an insider told Radar Online. "However, Lindsay has no desire to move into a sober living facility." When Lohan leaves treatment, she has also reportedly been hired by entertainment website Celebuzz to blog about "lessons learned" while at rehab.
