The Jonas Brothers—Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas—have a little bro, 16-year-old Frankie, who was caught "holding the bag," as they say.

The New York Daily News reported that the youngest Jonas was "cited but not arrested" for possession of marijuana outside a convenience store in Nashville on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Frankie’s older brothers—who form the Disney Channel-bred pop rock band the Jonas Brothers—have already spoken openly about smoking cannabis.

In 2013, Joe Jonas wrote in New York magazine about his early escapades with pot and alcohol: “The first time I smoked weed was with Demi [Lovato] and Miley [Cyrus]. I must have been 17 or 18. They kept saying, 'Try it! Try it!' so I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don’t even smoke weed that often anymore. I was caught drinking when I was 16 or 17, and I thought the world was going to collapse. But I was in another country, and it was legal there. My 21st birthday, I fell down a flight of stairs. I was unconscious that time, and my whole team was scared to death that somebody was going to get a picture. Now I appreciate wine or a vodka-soda at the end of the day every once in a while.”

In 2015, Nick Jonas told Rolling Stone, “I never smoked weed with any of my fellow Disney stars. I smoked weed elsewhere.” He went on to say, “I wasn't partying too hard at 15, which is probably for the best. I've loosened up quite a bit since then.”

Despite this minor pot transgression, older brothers Joe and Nick have a lot to be proud of. At the tender age of 16, Frankie has already graduated high school and is attending college classes. On Nov. 26, Just Jared linked to an Instagram photo of the three brothers at a ski lift, so perhaps Joe and Nick offered guidance.

Another famous teen, Madonna’s son Rocco Ritchie, was also caught with marijuana recently. He was in London and arrested on the spot. It turns out that some of Ritchie’s neighbors have been frustrated with his “suspicious” behavior, and the pot arrest was the final straw. But other nabes have chalked it up to boys will be boys. One local resident said, “Of course he smokes weed. They are young boys and we were all like that once.”
