Whether it's James Bond sipping a martini or Don Draper swirling an old fashioned, many of our favorite fictional characters are known for their poison of choice. The folks over at Pop Chart Labs have pored over books, movies and tv shows to compile 49 iconic fictional drinks—along with their recipes—into one huge infographic (below). Among real-world classics like the cosmopolitan, the favorite drink of Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City, there are some imaginary concoctions like Zaphod Beeblebrox's Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy—a mixture of seven out-of-this-world ingredients with an effect much like “having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon wrapped around a large gold brick.” The list also includes a few tongue-in-cheek recipes like Rocky Balboa's workout drink (five raw eggs, gulped down) and Edgar's sugar water from Men in Black (tap water, lots of sugar).
