Heather Locklear: Not Going Back to Rehab [People]
Actress Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital several weeks ago following an accidental overdose of alcohol and prescription drugs, but despite reports that she’s headed back to treatment, she’s instead choosing to pursue recovery “under a doctor’s care.” Here’s hoping the doctor is qualified—after years of struggling with mental health issues, Locklear could certainly use a break.

Her rep is sticking with “exhaustion.” Others, such as Dr. Drew, remain unconvinced.
