According to anonymous sources, Tallulah Willis has checked into a rehab facility to deal with an alleged addiction to cocaine and alcohol.

Willis, 20, was reportedly caught doing cocaine by her older sister, Scout, who then told their father, Bruce Willis. After moving to New York from Los Angeles, her problem only got worse until Willis confessed her addiction to her mother, Demi Moore.

Moore herself went to the Cirque Lodge rehab in 2012 to deal with anorexia and an addiction to prescription pills. She allegedly encouraged her daughter to do the same, feeling worried that "Tallulah [was] spiraling out of control like she did," said an anonymous insider. Willis reportedly checked into The Meadows in Arizona back in late July.

Just a few days before news of her rehab stint broke, Willis was seen opening up about her struggles with self-esteem and body image issues. She stripped down to her underwear and talked about body dysmorphia for the video series Stylelikeu's What's Underneath Project.

"I struggled a lot when I was younger. I'm diagnosed with body dysmorphia [because of] reading those stupid fucking tabloids when I was like 13, feeling like I was just ugly," she said in the video. "I believed the strangers more than the people who loved me, because why would the people who love me be honest?"

"I started starving myself and losing a bunch of weight and I got down to like 95 pounds," Willis continued. "When I lost my curves and my boobs shriveled up into nothing, and I had no shape and I was just saggy skin everywhere."
