LiLo Had Booze in Her Totaled Porsche

Lindsay Lohan just can't seem to stay away from alcohol. Bad enough that she was hospitalized Friday after crashing into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway. Now, cops allege she apparently lied to them about her role in the crash, falsely claiming her assistant was behind the wheel. But now, law enforcement has revealed that LiLo was driving with an open container of alcohol when she got into the accident. A water bottle containing alcohol was confiscated from the trunk of Lohan’s crashed car. She had no booze in her system at the time of the crash, and luckily for her it’s not violation to carry an open container in a trunk in California. But why was it even there? Lohan has a string of rehab visits and run-ins with the law to her name—including including shoplifting and two DUIs. Now it seems likely she'll soon be behind bars again for violating her probation.
