Kelly Osbourne has come full circle in her recovery. Despite previous reports that 27-year-old Osbourne had fallen off the wagon in recent months, the sassy Brit looked happy and healthy as she stopped by the chat show Anderson yesterday to talk about how she regretted putting her parents through so much agony because of her addiction. “I did a lot of really, really stupid things and it was because it was my way of crying for help…being disrespectful to my mother, which to me is one of my biggest resentments because I love my mom; my mom’s my best friend," she said. "I hate the fact that I hurt her and my father. And my father, to a certain extent—now not so much, but at the time—blamed himself [for her addiction troubles] and that killed me.” Osbourne also advocated a tough love approach for parents of addicted children and said that treatment is the only option that works. "You have to send your child to rehab," she claimed. "It is the only way to fix things, to teach you the skills and the coping mechanisms that you need to have a normal life and get your life back again. But having said that, it takes you to do it [too].”
