Hollywood actress Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night and is now in rehab, reportedly for substance abuse. Paramedics responded to a 911 call from Moore’s home in Southern California at 10:49 pm Monday. The actress was then transported to a Los Angeles hospital for unknown reasons—sources say she checked into a treatment facility yesterday. Her publicist said in a statement: "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.” The 49-year-old star recently admitted to Harper’s Bazaar that she has a love-hate relationship with her body, and fears she is unlovable. "What scares me is that I'm going to ultimately find out at the end of my life that I'm really not lovable, that I'm not worthy of being loved," she said in the interview on stands now. The star ended her six-year marriage to Ashton Kutcher in November, after a San Diego woman came forward admitting an affair with Kutcher. Moore was last seen Monday evening with daughter Rumor Willis at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood.
