Singer and actress Demi Lovato spent a much-publicized stint in treatment last year, allegedly for bulimia and self-harm, followed by a major comeback with a lot of inspirational messaging. But things may have taken a sour turn for the Disney teen queen, with gossip outlets reporting that the 19-year-old has returned to treatment at Passages in Malibu for several weeks, to treat addictions to alcohol and drugs including cocaine. For her part, Demi’s rep is denying the reports, telling GossipCop, “It is a crock of shit,” and describing the claim as “fabricated” to Perez Hilton. But a return to rehab would fit, given that recent blind items have pointed in her direction and she just deleted her Twitter account—never a good sign for a starlet with millions of followers.
