This one speaks for itself. On Wednesday's edition of Paris Hilton's tanking new reality show, cleverly titled The World According to Paris, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, suddenly melted down (on cue?) and chain-smokes her way through a confessional in front of renowned addiction therapist Kathy Hilton, mother of Paris. "I'm having really bad cravings, really bad urges," said Mueller, the mother of Sheen's twin boys, on the Oxygen channel reality show. "I am so embarrassed to even tell you this ... I feel like I'm going to do something stupid: I think I need to go back to rehab." A month in rehab or a month with Paris Hilton? Hmmmmm. Not a tough call. Back to treatment for you, Brooke.  To watch the video clip of Mueller's meltdown go here, where Radar Online is holding it in a death grip.
